Title: Regional Coordinator

Location: Smethwick, Birmingham

Package: Up to £30,000 dependent on experience and commisssion

Overview:

The Regional Coordinator role, operating as part of the sales team serves as the central administration and point of contact for healthcare sector customers, particularly those hiring our buildings and services.

The team plays a crucial role in supporting Business Development Managers Hire and Sales by providing essential administration, business development, and contract management, with an extended role supporting the broader sales function during sales campaigns to achieve target order levels.

Role Responsibilities

* Carry out structured business development in line with our sales and marketing strategy in order to achieve order targets.

* Coordinate the preparation of quotations and drawings against customer requirements.

* Following up of live quotations in order to advance through to order.

* Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner to generate orders.

* To maximise added value for every opportunity through promoting the full range of Building Services

* Liaise with central Portakabin teams with regards to contract management and account queries and amendments.

* Complete customer care programme to ensure maximum satisfaction, continuity of business and maximise referral opportunities.

* Effectively use internal systems (e.g. SAP, CRM) to ensure customer information is kept up to date and systems are aligned.

* Process and liaise with relevant operational teams regarding building allocations, refurbishment, fitting out, deliveries, rectifications and terminations.

* Expedition of monies owed, in line with company guidelines and procedures.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a customer centric Regional Coordinator with a strong background in providing administrative support in customer service environments, the coordinator manages documentation, processes, and customer interactions with precision, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all administrative tasks.

Prioritising delivering exceptional service, exceeding customer expectations, and building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Focusing on achieving targets and goals the coordinator will have a results-driven mindset to achieve individual and team targets.

In all tasks, the coordinator maintains a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring information flow between relevant teams and customers.

Engaging in business development activities, with a successful track record of campaign calling and cold calling via the phone and email.

The Regional Coordinator will be proactive and capable of using their own initiative, take ownership of responsibilities and demonstrating a can-do attitude.

Adaptable and flexible, ability to adjusts to changing priorities and challenges.
