Shape the Way Major Construction Projects Are Delivered

We're looking for an experienced and digitally minded Collaborative Planning Specialist to drive the adoption of collaborative planning across a portfolio of construction projects, focusing on the supply chain element.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving project outcomes through better planning, stronger supply chain engagement, and the effective use of digital planning tools.

Working closely with project teams, operational leaders, and supply chain partners, you'll lead the roll out and optimisation of collaborative planning practices, helping teams deliver projects more predictably, efficiently, and successfully.

If you enjoy coaching teams, challenging traditional ways of working, facilitating collaborative workshops, and using technology to improve project delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

The role

Driving Collaborative Planning

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of collaborative planning across multiple projects.

Champion the use of digital planning tools including Nialli, ASTA and associated planning platforms.

Support project teams and supply chain partners to establish effective planning routines and behaviours.

Act as a regional subject matter expert and advocate for collaborative planning best practice.

Supply Chain Engagement & Programme Certainty

Work directly with subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure full engagement with project programmes.

Facilitate planning discussions around critical path activities, milestones, constraints, and delivery risks.

Challenge assumptions and improve planning quality to ensure realistic and achievable delivery programmes.

Support teams in improving reliability, predictability, and confidence in project delivery.

Coaching & Facilitation

Facilitate collaborative planning sessions, planning workshops, project launches, and lessons learned reviews.

Coach project teams and supply chain partners on collaborative planning principles and techniques.

Drive behavioural and cultural change across project teams.
Share best practice and successful planning approaches across the business.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

Review planning and performance data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.

Provide regular insights and reporting to operational leaders.
Drive improvements in planning processes, systems, and ways of working.

Capture and share productivity data, lessons learned, and planning best practice.

Planning Assurance
Review project programmes and identify programme risks, constraints, and opportunities.

Support project teams in improving programme quality and planning reliability.

Monitor planning data quality and reporting standards.
Help ensure programme information is being used effectively to support decision-making and project delivery.
