Regional Care Home Director
Location: Surrey and Greater London
£90,000 plus package including bonus and care allowance
Purosearch are representing a well-established luxury care organisation seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Care Home Director to oversee their operations in Surrey and Greater London. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care who has worked their way up through the care home sector to Regional / Area / Operations Manager or Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple luxury care homes across Surrey and Greater London.
Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities and manage contracts effectively.
Lead, mentor, and support care home managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and sustainability.
Implement and uphold company policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in multi-site care home management.
In-depth knowledge of working with Local Authorities and contract management.
Extensive experience managing nursing homes.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Must possess a valid driver's licence and have access to a car.
Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (not essential but highly desirable).
