Expleo is seeking a commercially focused Regional Business Manager to join our team on a contract. This is a hybrid role combining office, home, and field-based working, offering the opportunity to manage high-profile fleet accounts and drive business growth across the UK. The role will involve regular UK travel.

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a portfolio of regional fleet accounts.
Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted business partner.
Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to maximise value and long-term retention.
Deliver against sales, order intake, build and registration objectives.
Present business solutions and recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information through CRM systems.Requirements:

Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, or a customer-facing commercial role.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Automotive industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
