Regional Aftersales Manager

Job Duties Include:

- Management of aftersales departments to ensure full efficiency and profitability

- Ensuring compliance of group and brand processes are followed

- Understanding and ensuring that performance and relationships are continued throughout the group

- Support service managers to achieve both operational and financial targets

- Maximising the most of the aftersales department through effective processes such as sales of labour, marketing and other products/services

Qualifications:

- Experience within an aftersales manager position is essential

- Past working experience in an area/regional position is advantageous

- Proven leadership in developing, organising and influencing team members is also key for this role

- Organisation and knowledge of systems, costings and finances

- High quality sense of customer service and the value this provides to the business

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a strong automotive brand and business as they require an area Aftersales Manager. This role is a full time permanent position covering the West Yorkshire Region. Working hours generally cover Monday to Fridays but may entail some weekend work as per the business needs. Salary basic is negotiable and dependent on experience but can start from £50k with a strong bonus and incentives on top.
