We are recruiting a Regeneration Supervisor to join a well-established social housing group in Sheffield!

As a Regeneration Supervisor, you will oversee regeneration and planned works programmes delivered by external contractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard.

Salary: £35,672.22 – £38,592.21 per annum plus £963 annual car allowance

Regeneration Supervisor key responsibilities include:

Supervising regeneration and capital works programmes delivered by external contractors
Monitoring contractor performance to ensure compliance with specifications, legislation, and delivery programmes
Undertaking post-inspections to ensure all completed works meet expected quality standards
Carrying out Health and Safety inspections and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and construction phase plans
Providing weekly progress reports and updates to the Contracts Manager
Managing planning and building regulation requirements relating to planned works
Ensuring excellent communication and customer service is maintained with tenants and residents
Supporting continuous improvement and innovation within the Capital Works and Regeneration team
Regeneration work will include (but is not limited to):
Contract supervision and quality assurance
Health and Safety compliance inspections
Risk assessments and contractor compliance monitoring
Planned maintenance and regeneration programmes
Party Wall Act compliance
Validation of external surveys
Tenant liaison within occupied homes
Technical reporting and inspection outcomes
Cross-department collaboration to meet customer and corporate needs
You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage contractor performance while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have:

Experience supervising regeneration, planned works, or capital works programmes within social housing
Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and CDM regulations
Experience managing contractor performance and quality assurance processes
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
The ability to build effective working relationships with contractors, colleagues, and residents
