Description:

We Are Zenith are looking for Refuse Loaders to work on a ongoing contract in Northumberland.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect and load household, recycling, and garden waste onto refuse collection vehicles.

* Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.

* Assist the driver with manoeuvring vehicles where required.

* Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with members of the public.

* Adhere to health and safety procedures and safe working practices at all times.

* Help keep vehicles and work areas clean and tidy.

Essential Requirements:

* Ability to undertake physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.

* Awareness of health and safety practices.

Desirable Requirements:

* Previous experience in waste collection, environmental services, or a similar manual role.

* Experience working within a local authority environment
