£13.12 per hour | Monday to Friday | Immediate Starts Available
Prism 7 Resourcing are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders to join our client based in Billericay (CM11), working within the Refuse & Recycling Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, keeping active, and being part of a hardworking team providing an essential service to the local community.

The Role
As a Refuse Loader, you'll be working alongside the collection crew on planned refuse and recycling routes across the Basildon Borough.
Duties include:
* Collecting household refuse and recycling
* Loading bins safely onto collection vehicles
* Working as part of a team to complete daily routes
* Providing a reliable service to local residents
* Following all health & safety procedures
What we're looking for
* Someone who can carry out manual work throughout the day
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexible with finishing times, depending on the day's route
