Industrial Refrigeration Service Manager

Walsall Office & Surrounding Areas

Up To £60,000 Basic + Company Vehicle + Bonus Package

We are seeking the right individual to lead our Industrial Refrigeration Division within our established company.

Are you up to the task?

You will oversee the daily operations of our successful IREF service business.

Your responsibilities will include managing and mentoring IREF technicians who handle service work for our customers in local areas.

We're seeking a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of success in running an IREF service business, managing technicians, and P&L management in an industrial refrigeration environment.

Your role will be crucial in growing the business and fostering collaboration with our teams and customers.

As our Service Manager, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and effectively manage key accounts, even in ambiguous situations.

You'll lead multiple priorities simultaneously, relying on your excellent planning, organization, and sales skills.

A key aspect of the role will involve mapping the customer network, understanding the full organization, and defining tailored account plans.

You'll cultivate relationships and develop proactive plans to ensure our customers understand the true value of our integrated solutions.

This role will require a hybrid approach, splitting time between office work and customer visits as per business requirements.

What We Look For:

Ability to manage, influence, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Proven experience in industrial refrigeration, including leadership or managerial roles
Technical background and knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration Systems in both industrial and commercial environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency
