Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join a growing and well-established service team supporting commercial refrigeration equipment across the M25 region.
This is a field-based role offering a varied workload, autonomy, and the chance to work on a wide range of commercial refrigeration systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs, fault diagnosis, maintenance, and emergency call-outs while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems.

Diagnose and repair faults on cold rooms, display cabinets, chillers, freezer units, and associated equipment.
*
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety requirements and current F-Gas regulations.

Complete accurate service reports and maintenance records using digital or paper-based systems.
*
Communicate professionally with customers and provide technical support where required.
*
Participate in an on-call rota and attend emergency breakdowns when necessary.
*
Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
*
Proven experience working as a Refrigeration Service Engineer.
*
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent qualification.
*
Valid F-Gas certification.
*
R290 qualification.
*
CO₂ qualification.
*
CSCS card.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
*
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
