Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE + Company Van + Overtime + Call Out
The Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing Building Services team. Working across a range of commercial properties, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, servicing and repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose and repair faults across a variety of HVAC equipment.
Service and maintain split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and packaged AC systems.
Attend reactive call-outs and emergency breakdowns.
Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
Ensure all works are carried out in line with current Health & Safety regulations.
Maintain excellent customer service and professional standards at all times.
Participate in the on-call rota where required.Requirements
Essential
Proven experience within Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.Desirable
Chiller experience preferred.
NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
Experience working within Commercial Building Services or Facilities Management.
IPAF and/or PASMA certification.Package
£45,000 - £55,000 basic salary (DOE)
