Refrigeration Service Engineer
Location: Portsmouth - Covering Hampshire & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to £48,000 + Standby
Door to Door Travel Paid | Overtime | Company Van | 33 Days Holiday
A specialist in house engineering company is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join its mobile engineering team in the Portsmouth area.
The role will involve servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of commercial refrigeration equipment across customer sites throughout Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for managing your own workload, attending breakdowns and carrying out fault finding and repairs to ensure systems are operating correctly.
The Role
Service and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment
Attend reactive breakdowns and diagnose faults
Carry out repairs and component replacements
Complete planned preventative maintenance
Fault find across refrigeration and associated electrical systems
Complete service reports and job documentation
Work independently across a regional patch
Participate in a 1 in 5 call out rota
The majority of the work will be within Portsmouth, Hampshire and the surrounding areas, although standby requirements may involve some additional travel.

Up to £48,000 basic salary

Requirements
Previous experience servicing commercial refrigeration systems
Current F Gas qualification
Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable working independently
Good customer facing and communication skills
Willingness to participate in the call out rota
