Refrigeration Engineer
£45,000 TO £48,000 - OTE up to £60,000

Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are one of the UK's leading facilities management specialists, delivering refrigeration maintenance services across a major commercial / retail estates nationwide.

Salary & Benefits
Salary - £45,000 to £48,000 basic
OTE - £55,000 - £60,000
On Call Standby - £195 per week (1 in 4 weeks)
Working Week - 40 hours, overtime payable for time over contracted hours

The Role:
Carry out planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across supermarket sites
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on refrigeration systems
Complete PPMs and reactive works during scheduled store visits
Work on CO₂ refrigeration pack systems
Undertake minor installations and system alterations where requiredRequirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079-1)
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in commercial refrigeration maintenance
