Commercial Refrigeration Engineer
Sussex & Kent
Up to £54,000 per annum + Overtime
A specialist refrigeration and HVAC service provider delivering maintenance, repair, and installation solutions across the commercial retail sector. Supporting a wide range of convenience stores and food retail environments, this company is recognised for its fast response times, technical expertise, and commitment to keeping critical refrigeration systems operating efficiently. With a strong presence across the South West, the business continues to invest in its engineering team through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out service, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment across a regional customer base
Diagnose and rectify refrigeration faults to minimise downtime and ensure equipment reliability
Work independently across a designated patch, managing workload and customer requirements effectively
Provide a professional service while maintaining strong relationships with customers on-site
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards
Package:
Up to - £54,000 per annum
Overtime paid at time and a half, double time on Sundays
Door-to-door pay
21 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays

What You'll Need:
Qualified Refrigeration Engineer
Experience carrying out service, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently across a regional patch
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to participate in a 1-in-4 weekend call-out rota and one evening on-call per week
