Position: Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Grimsby
Salary: £19.00+ per hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Full-time, Immediate starts available

Responsibilities:
* Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
* Diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment issues.
* Conduct compressor rebuilds and overhauls.
* Manage oils and refrigerants efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with REFCOM certification standards.
* Provide 24-hour service cover, including emergency repairs.
* Conduct maintenance and weekly checks as per contracts.
* Perform coded welding and manage systems such as flooded and D-X systems, 2 stage and cascade systems, and glycol systems.
* Design and build control panels as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum NVQ2 in Refrigeration and F-Gas certification.
* Time served industrial engineering experience.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ammonia and CO2 experience preferred but not essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Pay and Hours:
* Competitive hourly rates starting at £19.00+ per hour, depending on experience.
* Overtime/Double time paid at x1.5/2.0 rates.
* 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
