About the role

The Referral and Housing Administrator role will be providing referral and administrative support for Transform's Young People's contract with Surrey County Council (SCC) across the 6 teams providing young people’s services. You will co-ordinate the referral process for the Young People's contract liaising with the 5 Housing and Support Managers who provide those service and will prepare regular internal and external statistical returns. You will also be carrying out the monitoring of the contract alongside building relationships with our main stakeholders.

We are looking for someone to join our team who, not only has relevant administrative skills and experience, but also has the passion, commitment, and enthusiasm to work with our clients. You don’t need to have experience working in this area, but it is a great opportunity to work with our team.

Salary - £21,365 per annum (pro rata)
Location - Woking (GU21)
Part Time - up to 33 hours per week

It is desirable that you have a full valid driving licence and use of your own car for business purposes. Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

About you:

• Computer literate including excellent skills in excel
• Ability to process detailed information and produce reports
• Great communicator and the ability to build good relationships with partner agencies
