Signature Personnel are recruiting experienced recycling operatives on behalf of a well established recycling company in St Helens, WA11. The contract is ongoing with the potential of a permanent contract for the right candidate(s).
The role involves the operation of a conveyor and baler while loading plastic recyclables individually or as part of a small team. The role is target driven and physically demanding. In addition, some general yard labouring and tidying will be required to ensure a smooth, ongoing operation.
The ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role, have a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. An FLT counterbalance licence would be an advantage but the company will provide training and a licence for the right candidate(s).
The Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm during training then rotating weekly shifts of 6am-3pm/1pm-10pm. Optional Saturday's, 8am-12pm.
The Salary: £11 per hour rising to £11.44 per hour from 01/04/24. Overtime after 40 hours per week is paid at £16.50 per hour, rising to £17.16
