Recruitment Specialist
* Must have expereince of filling permanent roles with clients.
Independent home based.
I am trying to locate recruitment consultants / specialists who have the desire to achieve a better quality of life but something is holding them back i.e. the more they bill, the richer their employer becomes!
I have been in recruitment since 1986, run AES since 1989 and have trained 100s of recruitment consultants in that time. I am looking to pass this expertise on, to established consultants who want the benefits and rewards of being their own boss.
If we decide to work together:
* You fill permanent vacancies and manage your clients expectations.
* I provide the infrastructure such as ADAPT CRM, job boards and software to find customers with vacancies (without the need to “cold-call”) and mentorship, to enable you to operate successfully from home.
Under this arrangement, you keep everything you bill, less a small amount to AES for what we provide. For your information, the AES charge is taken from your billings over 12 months. So if you billed, for example:
* £40,000 in a year - you would get £28,000 paid into your bank account.
* £140,000 in a year (a good second year target) – you would get £128,000 paid into your bank account.
Important; Unlike employment, AES does not get rich the more you bill; you do!
