As a Recruitment Sales Lead for Manpower Convenience, you'll:

Support and mentor the team: Help the team smash their goals, whether they come from a recruitment background or are eager to transition from sales. You'll be a coach, cheerleader, and strategic advisor.

A proven closer with at least 2 years' experience in sales and recruitment (ideally within manufacturing & logistics).
A natural leader with a passion for coaching and development.
