Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

10am – 3pm

15 hours a week

Initially but could look to increase to 20 hours

Would need to cover work phone around 3 weeks in a year (7.30am to 5pm 5 days a week) but will be paid full time for this and those extra hours can be from home.

O'Rourke Personnel was setup in 2011 as a family run specialist recruitment agency supplying personnel to the construction industry.

As a small family run concern, as we plan to grow going forward we are now looking for a organised and Recruitment Resourcer/ Administrator the join the team.

No recruitment experience is necessary, but a organised and proactive individual would be a asset to the business.

The job role would be adding administration and customer service support to the Director with the day to day following;

* Checking compliance on new starters, and continuously monitoring compliance such as Right to work (RTW), certificates needed for the job and monitoring expiry of RTW and certificates

* Sending registration packs to new starters

* Sending contracts to workers

* Email timesheets to clients each week, making sure to update timesheets with correct names that have worked the previous week on site

* Service calls – calling clients to ask how the labour we are supplying is getting on and checking on other requirements

* Assisting Director such as filling jobs and talking to candidates. Training will be provided by working with the Director

* Around 2-3 weeks a year, being able to cover the work phone and fill jobs whilst the director is away. These weeks are all separate and the Director is no longer then 10 days away at a time. This would be paid at full time and the phone can be managed from home.

* Various administration duties as and when required

* We are looking for someone ideally with good administration and customer service background, or/and someone from the recruitment in industry

* You would ideally be flexible, we work in a flexible manner on both the demands of your personal life and our work demands

* Being a personable individual who enjoys speaking to people most of the time and problem solving. Who works well in their own and happy to work in a small and friendly team
