Due to significant growth, Murray Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our vibrant and growing recruitment team to ensure first class customer service to candidates.

Key responsibilities:
* Head hunting candidates for positions
* Managing candidate database
* Resourcing multiple jobs and multi-tasking
* Handling job advert and CV response
* Incoming and outgoing candidate calls
* Making a number of volume outbound calls to our candidate portfolio
* Candidate job searches
* Collecting relevant documentation i.e. proof of ID/certification
* Database cleansing and management
* Complying with Murray Recruitment workflow management
* All round general administration tasks
Essential requirements:
* Previous experience working within a similar role within a service environment
* Be able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care
* Pro-active attitude
* Motivated, driven and enthusiastic
* Good communication skills
