At Knightwood Associates, we're a small, close-knit team with a strong reputation in the construction recruitment market. We're busy, we're growing, and we're looking for an organised, enthusiastic Sales/Recruitment Administrator to join us and play an important part in what we do.

What's the role all about?
You'll be working alongside our recruitment team, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are necessarily the same, and you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of tasks, making this a great role for someone who enjoys being organised, keeping busy and helping others.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Maintaining candidate and client records.
Updating our internal systems and databases.
Formatting CVs and preparing documents.
Posting job advertisements.
Assisting with candidate registrations and onboarding.
General office administration and supporting the team wherever needed.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who's organised, reliable and takes pride in getting things right. You'll need good attention to detail, a positive attitude and the confidence to manage a varied workload.
Previous administration experience would be useful, but we're just as interested in finding someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to become part of the team.
