CDL Personnel Ltd is a specialist recruitment agency supplying staff across the transport, logistics, industrial, and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy and supportive team.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies. You will play a key role in helping match quality candidates with our clients’ requirements while maintaining excellent service standards.

You will work closely alongside the Driving Division Operations Director and his team, gaining hands-on experience and valuable industry knowledge within a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screening and interviewing candidates via telephone and in person
Writing and advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
Managing candidate registrations and compliance checks
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
Coordinating interviews, bookings, and placements
Updating and maintaining recruitment systems accurately
Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities
Delivering excellent customer service to clients and candidates alike

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude
Ability to work effectively in a busy office environment
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
Previous recruitment, sales, or customer service experience would be beneficial but not essential
Must have own transport
A willingness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
