Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our Sheffield based outsourcing branch WeDo RPO.
You will be responsible for sourcing top candidates for a wide variety of roles throughout the UK. Working to develop the business by creating an exceptional candidate/client experience. You will be provided with all the tools you need to succeed through excellent training, support & access to all the major job boards.
Responsibilities:
* Create candidate databases
* Advertise vacancies through various job boards and social media channels
* Write new and creative advertisements to attract a range of candidates
* Attend client meetings
* Work with the wider partnership team to develop new and exisiting candidate attraction strategies
* Provide an excellent candidate experience
* Register and interview new applicants
* Ensure candidates are fully vetted and compliant where necessary
* Manage a candidate pipeline from application to client handover
The ideal candidate:
* 2 years' experience in Recruitment Resourcing
* The motivation and confidence to work independently
* Strong commication skills (both written and verbal)
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to network and devise new resourcing strategies
* Motivation & Drive to succeed and grow with the company
* MUST have a full UK Driving Lisence
