BMSL are a recruitment company with several offices across the UK. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer on a temporary basis. The position will require you to assist in the recruitment and administration of temporary site labour to the Mechanical & Electrical and Logistics sectors.
Duties will include.
* Ensure we obtain right to work from all candidates before placing in a position.
* Checking references with past employers
* Placing/managing adverts on a number of different sites on a daily basis
* Deal with all problems and complaints swiftly, where unable to do so passing them to the relevant Consultant or Branch Manager.
* Entering candidates’ details onto the database from ad response taken over the phone
You will need to be polite and confident on the phone and have a basic understanding of word and outlook/email.
As this is a temporary position working hours are flexible. Standard hours are 8am - 5 pm. Free parking and full training will be provided.
6 weeks initially with the potential for longer depending on internal staffing situations.
