What you'll be doing
Searching for candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and social media.
Speaking to candidates every day about new opportunities.
Matching great people with exciting jobs.
Writing engaging job adverts.
Building your own network of industry professionals.
Supporting consultants on live vacancies.
Learning the recruitment industry from the ground up.
Developing your confidence on the phone and in business conversations. Every day is different. Every conversation matters.
