Hales Group are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Bury St Edmunds Team.

This will be a full time position, working Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm. This role is a fundamental part of the recruitment team, assisting in the day to day running of a recruitment desk, providing recruitment solutions to a busy client base in and around Norfolk and Suffolk. Part of the role will be office based however you may be attending client visits with Consultants so own transport is desirable.

Duties will include:

* Resourcing to find relevant candidates through different job boards, social media and bespoke in-house database

* Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are managed efficiently

* Completing pre-screening interviews with candidates via telephone and full registration interviews via telephone/ Zoom and face to face

* Ensuring all paperwork is fully compliant to Hales Group standards and industry legislation

* Liaising with candidates through various channels, such as phone, text, email and App instant messaging

* Arranging interviews where necessary

* Liaising with clients to confirm candidates, complete check ins and weekly reviews

* Supporting the Consultants with any administration tasks such as data entry onto our CRM software

* Writing, creating and posting job adverts on recruitment job boards and social media

* Proactively marketing candidates to clients

* Being on call, providing out of hours service to industrial clients on a rota basis alongside our Managing Consultant

This role would suit candidates who have proven experience of multi-tasking in a fast paced and deadline driven customer service/sales environment.

Previous experience of working in recruitment would be advantageous but not essential. Applicants must be IT literate in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and experience of using bespoke software, such as CRM systems.
