Responsibilities:
* Sourcing suitable candidates for client requirements and ensure constant communication throughout the process.
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
* LinkedIn and DSR’s content-rich CRM system.
* Grow engagement on social media.
* Travel as required to meet clients and candidates within the UK and across Europe.
Skills Required:
* Strong work ethic with the ability to remain focused and positive.
* Resilience, with a growth mindset.
* Enthusiastic and passionate approach in everything you do.
* Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in-person. Being able to get on with people is key.
* Business acumen and be social media savvy
* Due to the nature of our marketplace, familiarity with European culture and business is advantageous.
* European languages are nice to have, but not essential.
* Recent graduates/school leavers with excellent grades as well as experienced applicants with a successful track record in sales or customer service environment should apply.
