Location: Northampton
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00

Duties and responsibilities of a Resourcer:
Managing Recruitment Campaigns: Oversee the recruitment process for industrial warehouse staff from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and clients alike.
Candidate Registration: Handle candidate registrations, including document checking to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Interviewing Candidates: Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles.
Support to Account Manager: Assist the Account Manager by maintaining a ready pool of available labour to meet client needs at all times.Resourcer requirements:
Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Resourcer working hours:
