Out of Hours Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Addlestone, Surrey
Hours: 13.5 - 40 hours per week (Evenings & Weekends)
Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate + Uncapped Commission
CTR Select is recruiting on behalf of its client for an Out of Hours Recruitment Resourcer to join a successful and growing recruitment business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a confident telephone manner who enjoys speaking with people and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The Role
* Make high volumes of outbound calls to source and qualify candidates.
* Build strong candidate relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and communicate candidate updates to the recruitment team.
* Work towards activity targets and support the wider team with out-of-hours recruitment.
About You
* Confident and professional on the phone.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven.
* Previous recruitment, sales, telesales or customer service experience is advantageous.
Working Hours
You'll be expected to work a combination of:
* Saturday: 8 hours
* Sunday: 8 hours
* Monday–Friday: 4:30pm–9:00pm
* Applicants must be available for at least three weekday evenings (13.5 hours) plus weekend shifts.
