Description:
Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a well-established logistics client based in Milton Keynes, who is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join their recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to finding the right candidates for the right roles.
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: £15.00-£18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (1 hour unpaid break)
Type: Temporary ongoing (3 months minimum)
Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to candidates regarding CVs and job opportunities.
Managing emails and communicating with candidates professionally.
Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for vacancies.
Matching candidates to relevant job opportunities within the logistics sector.
Arranging and coordinating candidate interviews.
Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
Maintaining accurate candidate records and keeping recruitment information up to date.
Experience:
Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or a similar role would be advantageous.
Confident making telephone calls and communicating with candidates.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a team-focused approach.
