ATK recruitment solutions operates on a national focus in the Built Environment sectors of Property, Real Estate and Construction.
Due to significant growth and client demand, we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer and / or Administrator.
The role could be full time or part time, flexible reduced working hours and the successful candidate will be managing multiple vacancies.
You will have the opportunity to earn a bonus on every placement from our date base, job boards, social media platforms or networking etc.
Ideally, you will have excellent headhunting experience and proficiency utilising LinkedIn to be successful with your application. However, all recruitment experience applications will be considered.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible
Sourcing quality permanent and freelance candidates for live vacancies across the UK.
Being highly proactive by utilising available resources such as job boards, networking and especially LinkedIn etc.
Updating and maintaining in-house system at all times.
CV reformatting / re-writing and profile writing with ability in identifying key strengths, qualifications, and experience for short-listed candidates.
Consistently having a proactive approach in attracting quality candidates in the market via social media platforms.
Having a consultative approach and being the main point of contact for candidatesRequirements for a Recruitment
Experience as a Recruitment Resourcer and / or Administrator.
Strong attention to detail with great communication skills.
Excellent level of IT, administrative and organisational skills.
Strong ability in understanding requirements for the purpose of sourcing quality candidates.What's
25 day holiday per plus bank holiday.
£25,000 to £40,000 p/a full time or part time pro rata depending on experience plus bonus.
