Anchor is currently seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team in the Bromley / Keston area. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment activities for our construction business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and screening candidates for various construction roles.
* Posting job advertisements on relevant platforms and networks.
* Conducting initial interviews and assessments.
* Maintaining candidate databases and records.
* Assisting with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes.
* Timesheet Recording weekly.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ideally, experience in construction recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
* Ideally, a car driver, but public transport links are available.
