Recruitment, Identify and source high quality candidates through a variety of routes.
Experience in recruitment in house or agency environment, Demonstrate creative sourcing strategies. A confident communicator as you will be responsible for arranging interviews, liaising with hiring managers at all levels, candidates and recruitment agencies on a daily basis. Fst paced environment, Proficient in all microsoft office applications, word,excel, powerpoint and outlook. Manageing own workload to meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport when meeting new people and adapt your style to suit situation.
