Introduction

Based on-site with one of our key clients, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of recruitment services, managing an on-site account management team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both the client and workforce.

Key Duties

Act as the main on-site contact for the client, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Manage, coach, and develop the on-site Account Management team to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee the day-to-day recruitment operation, ensuring staffing requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
Work closely with the client to understand workforce plans, recruitment demands, and operational challenges.
Monitor and achieve agreed KPIs and service level agreements.
Manage workforce attendance, retention, and performance, taking proactive action where required.
Support workforce planning to meet changing business needs.
Work alongside recruitment teams to attract, source, and place high-quality candidates.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and grow the client partnership.
Resolve escalated client, worker, and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), GDPR, and company procedures.
Produce management reports and maintain accurate records using CRM and ATS systems.
Attend client review meetings and provide operational updates and performance analysis.

Requirements

Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or on-site recruitment.
Experience managing or supervising a recruitment or account management team.
Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good administrative skills and attention to detail.
Experience using recruitment databases, CRM systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full UK driving licence.
