Conveniently located office, just a short walk from Overpool train station.As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join their team. Your main responsibilities will include:
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Posting job advertisements on various platforms and utilising social media to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the position.
Coordinating and conducting interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback.
Staying up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practises.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practises.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
A proactive and positive approach to work.
