Workplace: Remote working but you will be required to go into our Manchester office, so based in the Northwest is preferred.

We are looking for a driven recruitment marketing executive to join our team! This role is crucial to our marketing efforts and will focus on implementing innovative strategies that elevate and engage our audience. The successful candidate will be at the heart of our campaigns, driving engagement, and supporting our growth. **This role is a temporary position covering maternity leave**
Your pay rate as a Recruitment Marketing Executive will be £25,000 to £26,000 per annum
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for creating and managing our job advert campaigns. This will range from job advert creation including keyword optimisation, advert amendments and refreshes, to credit utilisation.
You will execute and manage sponsored advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
You will play a key role in managing our candidate experience through various review platforms - reviewing and responding to submissions on Glassdoor, Indeed and Trustpilot.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to enhance advertising strategies.
Utilise data analytics tools to gather insights into job market trends.
Other duties as a Recruitment Marketing Executive can include:
Develop engaging blog content relevant to industry trends and company initiatives.
Support with website management - this will include content reviews and updates.
Support the marketing team with various campaigns to enhance candidate attraction.
Requirements as a Recruitment Marketing Executive:
You will have demonstrable experience across a broad range of marketing channels
Excellent English and IT skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively represent the business.
Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with site teams and account managers.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Innovative thinker who can develop unique strategies for candidate attraction, including the use of creative content, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques to optimise advert content for relevant keywords and improve visibility in search engine results.
Be able to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the advert creation, blogs, and social media content as well as adherence to branding guidelines and legal requirements
Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas, concepts, and visuals that differentiate our campaigns from competitors and capture audience attention.
