Recruitment Manager/Senior Consultants (Nationwide)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + Commission
Location: UK wide
Sector: Construction/Care/Finance and Accounting/Education
A well‑established recruitment group has secured significant investment to fuel the next phase of its growth. We’re now looking to partner with experienced recruiters who want greater ownership, more influence and the chance to build something bigger—with the backing of an established business.
This is not an entry‑level opportunity. It’s designed for consultants, managers and leaders who already run successful desks and want the freedom to grow without taking on the financial risk of going alone.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in speaking with recruiters who:
Run an established, profitable desk or market
Have a strong track record of billing and business development
Want more autonomy and the ability to shape their own future
May have considered launching their own venture but prefer the support of an established group
