Job Title: Recruitment Manager - Elderly Care Homes
Location: Essex, United Kingdom
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to join a leading elderly care organisation in Essex. The ideal candidate will have experience in care recruitment and team building, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
Screen, interview and assess potential candidates for suitability and cultural fit
Conduct reference and background checks on potential employees
Facilitate on-boarding and training of new hires
Develop and implement employee retention strategies
Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment and staffing activities
Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment metrics and progressKey Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager in the care sector
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
