KPI Recruiting is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Recruitment Manager to join our Warrington office.  

Working Hours: 08:30am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) 

Location: KPI Recruiting Manchester, 76 King Street, Manchester, M2 4NH

What does the role entail?

Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients
Identify and engage with new clients to expand our client base
Maintain up to date knowledge of the external recruitment market
Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source suitable candidates
Conduct candidate screenings, arrange interviews, and complete compliance checks
Foster a coherent working environment, by providing a strong leadership
Recognising key motivators in the working environment.
Support your team’s personal development to meet employees' career goals
Work closely with the Commercial Director, to implement improvement strategies
Ensure the ‘sales cycle’ is being followed by the team and report weekly figures
Ensure clear communication within the team
Hold team briefings, complete 1:1’s with each team member, and monitor targets.
Drive sales incentives throughout the team.
Contribute to the development and establishment of KPI Recruiting online brand.
What do we want to see from you?

Full UK Driving license
Strong 360 recruitment experience is required
Business development/sales experience
Experience managing a team
Strong leadership skills
Motivated and results driven
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Active problem solver
Bring energy and passion into the office
Always maintains a sense of humour
