BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Recruitment Manager on a Maternity Cover contract. This role can be based from any of our UK & Ireland office locations but there will be a requirement to access our Hemel Hempstead office 1-2 days per week.

Making Possible:
We are looking for a collaborative, and proactive individual to help build our hiring pipeline. In this role you will be delivering complete end-to-end recruitment campaigns, working with internal and external stakeholders in order to grow diverse, high performing teams within BAM. You will also be responsible for managing a small team.

What do you bring to the role?
You will have demonstrable experience in the recruitment space, operating at manager or a senior recruiter level in delivering successful recruitment campaigns, ideally within a construction environment. You have the ability to inspire a culture of inclusive recruitment excellence across our hiring manager community. Fundamentally service oriented, providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience will be one of your key drivers. You have good people management skills combined with administrative capabilities and an eye for detail.
