Description:

SF Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a dynamic organisation to hire a standalone Recruitment Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to take ownership of the role and shape it according to their expertise.

Salary: £40,000

Hours: 9-5 (Hybrid working - 2-3 days office based)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day recruitment activities.
Support the acquisition and implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Drive process improvements and streamline recruitment operations.
Supporting senior management hiring senior level roles
Working with other sites to develop agency relationships

Required:
Proven experience as a standalone recruiter.
Demonstrated ability to implement and enhance recruitment processes.
This full-time position requires 2-3 days per week in the office, providing a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
