NB - Recruitment Business Start Up/ Entrepreneur/ Independant consultant/ Own your own recruitment agency. This is commission only you will be a ltd company owner starting your own recruitment business.
The recruitment industry is fantastic we love it but a long career of talking to high performing recruiters tells us something about the model just doesn’t always work for everyone. The more experienced you are the less you need from the business you are into be successful you might find yourself at this point wondering why you aren’t working for yourself. * You can be from any recruitment sector/ market specialism, recruiting to any industry as long as there is a business case
* Someone who has been thinking about whether they should work for themselves and earn more money but aren't fancying doing it alone isolated and having to do all the boring back office work
* You do not need to know how to set up a recruitment business to do this
* You do not need to have been a director before, in fact it works better if you haven't and we are taking you on the path to working for yourself
