* Location: Cranfield, Bedfordshire (Hybrid working)
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (First year earning potential up to £30k)

Octagon Group are looking to hire a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join are expanding talent team in Cranfield, Bedfordshire (just outside of Milton Keynes). This job is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who’s looking to kick-start a career in recruitment (WITH NO COLD CALLING). You will enter a role that can offer you the support and training to become a successful Recruiter within our organisation.

Responsibilities include:

* Assisting consultants in the sourcing, selecting and qualifying of candidates.

* Managing interview processes – arranging interviews and preparing candidates for interviews.

* Working towards flexible KPI targets.

* Candidate marketing.

* Formatting CVs.

* Administrative tasks to aid the recruitment process.

What we expect from you?

* Strong communication skills. Happy to speak to candidates and clients over the phone, email and video calls, with good phone manner.

* IT skills – Quick on a PC and must be able to use Microsoft Office (Word / Excel).

* Selfmotivation, willing to learn, pro-activity and a good team player.

* Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.

* An understanding of electronics or software engineering would be beneficial but not essential.
