Role: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Exeter, EX5
Pay Rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour
Contract: 3 Month Rolling Contract
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday (flexible hours available, part-time considered)
We are recruiting a Recruitment Support Coordinator to support a busy parcel delivery operation across Cornwall, Exeter and Bridgwater.
This fast-paced role will primarily focus on candidate outreach, recruitment administration and supporting depot recruitment activity.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively call and engage potential candidates
• Screen applicants and discuss available opportunities
• Support and host recruitment open days
• Manage candidate onboarding and compliance
• Coordinate interviews, inductions and start dates
• Book business meetings and support recruitment planning
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Work closely with operational teams to support staffing requirements
What We're Looking For
• Previous recruitment, administration or customer service experience
• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Positive and proactive approach
