I am delighted to be working with a fantastic support charity in search of a Recruitment Coordinator. This is a 6-month FTC with amazing benefits, the role is a part-time (21 – 28hrs per week), London based hybrid role. As Recruitment Coordinator you will pay a key role in the People Team, providing a professional, comprehensive, and proactive recruitment service! You will be the first point of contact for recruitment related queries for managers and candidates, be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, and support the HR Officer with the onboarding process.
Key accountabilities:
Successful management of the recruitment process and actively support recruiting managers at all stages of the recruitment process
Accurate record keeping of all recruitment and related activity
Work with recruiting managers to create recruitment packs and agree timelines, panels and routes to attraction.
Ensure all approved vacancies are shared onto appropriate advertising platforms
Coordinate dates and times of interviews with panel members and candidates
Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. recruitment agencies and other digital or online platforms)
Manage the recruitment inbox
Provide ad hoc administrative support to the People Team.
