Candour Talent are recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to join their client’s team in Cardiff.
* Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent
* Working Hours: Mon-Fri – Flexible hours
* Salary: £27-29k
Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-orientated Recruitment Coordinator to join their business in Cardiff.
This role will support the management team onsite with recruitment administration and other general ad-hoc administrative tasks, as required. An excellent opportunity for a people-focused professional to join a well-established and growing company.
The Role:
* Support with recruitment of new staff – posting job ads, attending job fairs, arranging interviews etc.
* Support with the induction of new starters
* Complete RTW checks and maintain tracker for new and existing staff
* Update HR System with absences and to monitor against Bradford Factor
* Keep track of probationary periods
* Keep track of training records
* Update holiday records
* Run clocking-in reports
* Ensure all personnel files are updated accurately and filed effectively
* Chase outstanding documentation
* Take minutes in meetings and disciplinaries
* Support with audits
* Support with employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects
* Ensure information noticeboards are kept up to date
* Support with any H&S issues
* Complete any ad-hoc administration tasks for the management team, as required
* Report weekly KPIs
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a Recruitment Coordinator, HR Administrator position or similar
* Experience in a fast-paced office-based environment
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Good commercial awareness
* Excellent interpersonal skills and able to maintain confidentiality
