Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Hill & Hill, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, building relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the construction industry
Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to match them with suitable job roles
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
Provide market insights and career advice to clients and candidates
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in our CRM systemRequirements:
Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
No prior recruitment experience required, though a passion for the construction industry is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of motivation and a proactive approach to work
Willingness to learn and develop new skillsRecruitment Consultant:
2+ years of experience in recruitment as a 360 consultant, preferably in the construction sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationshipsSenior Recruitment Consultant:
5+ years of recruitment experience in the construction industry
Demonstrated success in business development and client management
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
In-depth knowledge of the construction market and job roles
