CFC Consult Ltd is an employment and recruitment consultancy based in Hampshire placing temporary and permanent candidates in the Hospitality sector.
We specialise in recruiting for the hospitality and catering industry and we offer our clients the highest standard of service with the emphasis on professionalism at all times.
Although hospitality and catering experience is desirable it is not essential and we would consider an experienced recruiter from any genre.
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Managing and building relationships, to maximize business revenue and opportunities
* Managing the candidate pipeline, through standard recruitment procedures
* Manage staff compliance
* Ensuring maximum staffing fill rates
* Exceeding expectations in terms of customer service
The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
* Recruiting temporary staff (chefs ,catering assistant, waiting staff ,kitchen porters)
* Developing close customer relationships
* Self-starter who can work under own initiative, with minimal guidance
* Confident communicator at all levels
* Target driven
* Organised, able to work under pressure, within tight timescales
* Flexibility
