You will receive one to one support to grow your market share across the north of the UK, where we currently supply into every single Local Authority.
Within this opportunity, a high billing consultant has a massive opportunity to build a team of their own and shape this accordingly. You will be a market leader for candidate care and customer satisfaction and have the drive to place the highest quality social worker candidates into very demanding and rewarding positions. This ensures that our candidates deliver positive outcomes for vulnerable adults and young people.
This is a well-established desk, so the ability to build relationships within the social care sector is key, with both Clients and potential candidates.

Recruitment experience in a social care field is desirable.The Serious Details:
Basic Salary between £25000 and £30000 based on experience plus commission.
Great commission structure.
Flexible & Hybrid working after probationary period plus early finish on a Friday.
